What's next after Facebook and Twitter?

What do you think will be next after Facebook and Twitter?

I am thinking stuff thats a little more real time and integrates real life with social networking.

Have a look at things like Foursquare, Wikitude and Layar.. all are mobile platforms that are using real time locations and social networking to delviery soemthing to the end user.

While I am not sure these are the next big things - it shows where things are headed, I think that the mobile interactive and networking market is going to be huge over the next few years.
