    I currently have a buy to let investment strategy that replies on depreciation of assets, and positive gearing.. it is really the only way of making money from day one on your property. Check out some of the stuff by Margaret Lomaz who is an Australian Property Investor who uses these strategies;

    This is her company;
    Investment Properties - Property Investment - Property Advisors

    And this is her blog on realestate.com.au
    Property Investment Expert - realestate.com.au

    In saying that, my next property will be a flipper, buy, fix sell type deal; I think the best way to play the property game in todays market is to diversify, have a few rented properties as well as a few flippers to ensure that when certain parts of the market fall out then you can sustain your income by better performing areas.

    Nowadays there are lots of common property investment strategies being utilised by individual real estate investors. Each investment strategy is various, targeting a variety of asset classes, risk levels, potential returns and investment terms. as per my view intellectual property investment is the est and beneficial for the investors.

    The first and the basic thing you should do when you decide to protect your company and its perceptive values is to define what kind of intellectual property you own, and how does the IP protection fit in your company approach, since, after all, it is a tool to be used in employing your overall strategy.

    The investment strategy you are gonna carry out should carefully thought out & focused. I increase my property value through comprehensive repair and renovation. That helps me greatly to pay off loans I’ve taken to invest in the property.
