I found this article spammed on the twittersphere this morning, and although I am guessing it is link bait, I think it still has some merit.

I have been using twitter more and more these past few months and I have found that you can certainly make some real connections with others as well as find quality links, as long as you can wade through all the self promotion and spam (gotta love the unfollow option!)

So this begs the question, can you really make money out of twitter? Have any of you tried yet at all? Or are you already making cash from twitter?
