Fast food on Planes

I always wonder why they don't make fast food available on planes (other than needing to prepack etc).

If they had Maccas, KFC, or even Subway aboard you Jetstar or Virgin Blue flight, would you buy it?

I probably would buy it.

I think the reason they don't sell different foods is because they make more money out of providing their own food. If people had the option to buy a Big Mac as opposed to a Jetstar sandwich then the cheap airfares would have to go up.

So.. keep buying Jetstar / Virgin Blue food to keep the airfares down..
