It's really confusing and I don't understand what it is trying to promote.

I agree with Y-Man.. what are you selling? Your title says SEO and RTML programming, but the main site says Yahoo! store design..

Can you explain a bit further who this is aimed at?

Hi Shubie

I think the point that people are making here is that its not clear from your website what your business is. Usually you've only got a few seconds to get your point across, and give people a reason to stay on your site.

When I looked at your site I saw a whole lot of things that looked like ads and links to other 'things', although I didnt know what they were. If I wanted to stay, I couldnt see anything directing me where to go, like what do you want me to read, or click on, or what action you wanted me to take.

I write a weekly copywriting/marketing blog and actually wrote on this a couple of months ago. You might find it useful.
