Default Importing Australia 2012 - NOW IN REVIEW

    Hi Guys,

The latest edition of Importing Australia is now complete and we've sent out five copies to various contacts (including one AT forum member) for review purposes. We've asked for the reviews to be completed as quickly as possible and I'll post each of them on here as they arrive back.

We send out review copies so the readers can point out the things that they like (or dislike) about our publications. In turn, we make a concerted effort to resolve recurring problems before going into print.

Many thanks for the PM's asking about the 2012 edition. We're almost there, and I know you guys (including those who benefitted from the 2011 edition) will love it!

As a 2011 buyer, I'm obviously looking forward to the new edition. I asked in a PM about the Customs and Protection Integrated Cargo System and you replied that there was going to be some information about using it effectively. Is this still the case?

Just received a mail alert on this one, OnefortheMoney.

As mentioned before, we've researched the ICS intensively for the new edition and have covered everything from client registration all the way through to the way you will be billed on tariffs and duties relating to your imports. We've even discussed the easy option of using brokers to take care of your ICS requirements on your behalf if you want to go that way.

You know where to find us, so feel free to ask any more questions as we're always happy to help new and previous customers.

A quick update for you, folks.

Our writers have been carrying out some additional research over the last few days and everything is back with us for review. I'm hoping to have some great news about the imminent release very, very soon! I'm hoping to submit to my bosses within the next 24 hours and as soon as I've got a release date, I'll be right back with a further update.

Great news! I'm really looking forward to this one. Possibly one of my best purchases in 2011 and it really opened up my eyes to the potential of importing. I'm already trialling some drop shipping products and it's money for old rope. If I can expand on what I've done so far by integrating orders through a website instead of taking money personally, I can practically run a small business inside 30 minutes a day. The best thing is I can sell products in my online stores that people actually want. This has been a real eye opener for me.

Been great having you on board and even better to see that you're putting our work to good use. AT have been really good to us and although I didn't deal with you directly over our recent ad placements, it's good to know that everybody is getting something out of it.
