In my opinion, Google is the only and the best search engine which millions of internet users are using to search things on internet. The best thing which I like about Google is its simplicity and ease to use features.

As of mid year 2011:
Google had 65% of total search volume
Yahoo 16%
Bing 14%

If you add Y and B together you get 30%, and thats still not half of G...

In the Year of 2011 there were so many competitions between so many search engine. As per the scenario of the last year the best search engine is Google. After the Google the turn of Yahoo comes.

Is this still raging halfway through 2012? Bob had it right. If you are a serious marketer, your efforts are going to be targetted towards Google. Anything else is incidental. Out of interest, are there any marketers here targetting other search engines as an alternative or as a way of reducing competition. I find my stuff ranks fairly well on Yahoo and Bing anyway. I've never really looked to far into optimising for them though.
