What Was Your Favourite Christmas Present?

Hope you all had a great Christmas! First one I've spent in the UK and really missed being at home but I'm back for a month in February. Can't wait!

Enjoyed the pressies though and one of my work colleagues (who obviously knows I love anything tacky!) gave me a mini lava lamp. I'm delighted with it! I feel like I'm in an episode of some sixties series every time I turn it on!

What was your favourite Christmas present, and why?

Easy one for me!

The kids got me a necklace with a pendant shaped like a football (soccer, to you lot!) shirt with the number 1 (the traditional number for a goalkeeper) and 'Dad' on it.

They also gave me a giant box of wine gums which they duly attacked on Christmas morning. I ended up with just two for myself and they were both red ones. I really, really hate the red ones!

Apparently I'm too old for xmas pressies - my parents gave me some biscuits and things but that's it.

I was guilty of giving out biscuits to my brother-in-law and sister-in law. Unimaginative,and not helped by the fact that my brother-in-law has lost a filling recently that apparently causes him hell anytime he puts something sweet in his mouth.

Luckily, he has children. He wouldn't have stood a chance anyway.

I got a new Mac. It looks really good but I still don't understand how to make it work smoothly.

Have you tried bashing it against stationary objects? It really does wonders for your learning curve.

Like Mr King, the only thing I walked away from Christmas with was a sore head, an empty wallet and a bad reputation. Roll on Christmas 2012 so that I can do it all over again!
