Default How do you all reduce information overload?

I am planning to go more "Zen" in 2012

    For example:
    • check email just once a day
    • focus on one clients project at a time and also one task per day
    • Focus on LESS, fx 3 forums instead of forums and blogs all over
    And more (or LESS)

    what about you?

I've learned to focus more on what I do, and that's write. I've reduced mail checking to two or three times per day UNLESS I'm expecting something important to come through. I have a start and finishing time and try to stick to them. The late nights tend to affect performance the next day so I work bloody hard when I'm supposed to and use my relaxation time well.

That sounds good Rigmonkey. Discipline is needed to preserve one's sanity.
