A simple answer to a difficult question. Go to the places where your customers go! These days, everybody has an online home. We, for example, have a forum, and we are regularly 'pitched' with products and services that might interest us. That's just one way to do it.

Target customers by researching the marketplace and build a presence in places where your customers already exist. Don't forget that this should be done in an offline capacity as well.

In social networking sites, you add friends, and join groups that share the same and related to your site's niche..You can target your potential customer in this way..

Get a site built, outsource the copywriting and content, and get the website ready to accept payments. There are thousands of marketers who will happily be affiliates for new products because everybody wants a piece of the health niche pie. Your real challenge here isn't target your market. You'll be better off targetting those who provide for your market.

The best way is to find the right kind of customers who would be interested in your product.

    Hi Chasing,
I am a copywriter and self-published author so I see it from both angles. But I would suggest allocating your budget 50% to writing of the book and 50% to the marketing (also don't underestimate your own ability to write some of it). Is the memory stick going to cost you much... as you may need a few hundred? Also USBs are quite a 'stick around' thing, so encourage sharing of it with a friend after use. You may also want to scan-read the book Four Hour Work Week (Tim Ferris) as he has good advice for narrowing your market to the non-time wasters and had his start in the supplements industry.
