    Default Young'n!

    Hi Guys,
My name is Nick, and im a 21 year old uni-student from Melbourne. I love these types of communities, as everyone shares their experiences - and are happy to give advice (*warm moment*).

I'm currently running a blog at 'The Young Entrepreneur' as well as doing some article/content writing for a Melbourne-based SEO/Internet Marketing company.

Im also neck-deep in assisting with launching a Women's shoe e-store (dont ask ) in about 2 months. I love sales/copywrighting and personal development (and rollercoasters ...).

Yep...thats me! Looking forward to trawling the forums and getting to know my fellow members!

Your blog is nice, how long has it been running for and how do you intend on marketing it?

Glad to have you on board

    Hey guys!
    Thanks for the welcome...

    In answer to your questions...

Slade - Its been running less then a week. My plans for marketing include submitting my blog to a lot of directories and social pages like Digg, stumblethis etc. Hopefully I can get involved in the niche and get enough Backlinks to rank well for keywords such as "young entrepreneurs".

Brendan - Strangely enough I am studying Nutrition and Dietetics. I uncovered my love of all thing entreprenurial whilst being differed this year. Im going back next semester, but my mindset will have permenantly changed.

    Welcome Nick,

Seems as though you've joined us and caught the Entrepreneurial BUG! (no cure has been found as of yet, i've seen guys bounce through bankruptcy on that thing!!)

Did you design your blog site specifically for firefox or another browser. I am using I.E and have noticed that a few areas sit incorrectly....

    Cheers

    Hey Nick,

Firstly the site looks nice and clean and is a good idea, hope you can get a good following.

But I was just looking at it in Firefox 2 and the "home" button in the top navigation menu is always selected even when on other pages, makes it a bit odd when both "contact" and "home" are highlighted but the others aren't.

Also in ie7, the "email" and "categories" sidebars appear over the top of the navigation menu. Might want to check those out.

Works fine in ie6 though... can anyone else check those errors in those browsers?

just thought I would point those things out so you can fix them early.
