Hi Guys,

Just stumbled accross this site. You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find decent australian business forums.

A little bit about my self:

Worked in International Procurement, Sales and Account Management, Project Management and am now embarking on a new project. That new project is coming soon: Despler Group - Coming Soon.

Despler Group will be focusing on a few different area's. One in particular is training and education for small to medium business's in topics such as; sales, managing people, sourcing products effectively, utilising technology etc. We have a great network of specialist consultants who are putting alot of time and effort into supporting us and preparing training courses for us.

Anyway, enough about that. I'm extremely interested in meeting and networking with the people on aussietycoon.

Thanks for joining! We agree that it 'was' hard to find good Australian business forums and since a lot of us are entrepreneurs.. if we realised there is a gap in the market then we are the ones to plug it.. and aussietycoon was born!

Your business idea sounds great and I can hear that you are excited about starting it, what sort of time frame do you have until you launch the business?

Brendan - I am excited, it's hard not to be excited. In regards to time frame, We are at the moment going through the registration and initial set up phase (including building a quality website) we are holding our first Day courses in Newcastle (Hunter Valley, NSW) in August. The reason why we have aimed for Newcastle, is we currently have a few different existing networks committed to making it a success there.
