Feedback on Video Marketing

Hey all,

I've seen a whole bunch of posts around here (a lot from Brendan) about using video marketing effectively to introduce your website and/or your products. I was originally going to pay to have a good intro video made for me, but since I just left full time work to work on my business full time, I figured I would put one together myself and see what I could come up with.

I'm quite happy with the end results, but would love to find out if you guys think this is going to be effective, or just annoying for visitors to my website.

I think you did a good job summarising what you offer in that video and getting the benefits in there as well.

Your video looks good.. nice work.

While video marketing on page is great for engaging your visitors who already know about you, it is also a really important factor to attracting new visitors to your site.

You should consider uploading that video to video sharing websites and make sure they descriptions are keyword relevant, and ensure you make the video tags relevant as well.

If people then find your video on a few of the big video sharing sites, then click a link back to your actual site.. you could see an increase in well targeted qualified visitors.

I think it's really good, and the humour in the video helps to make it more than just a sales pitch.

What program did you use to create the visual effects?
