Twitter - How to reply to exstatic?

Robert here...Just joined up twitter recently and trying to reply to exstatic - Brendans message. When i try to reply it says "error recipient is not a follower".
Anyone know how to reply if the other person send me a message and is not a follower of my Tweets? Hope you find this message Brendan as i wasn't ignoring your message

Hi Mate-

I had a similar question when i became member of this forum too! Brendan is pretty good at posting and reading threads, you'll probably reach him within 48 hrs i reckon. For immediate results maybe try... @exstatic on twitter and introduce yourself. Like i said he's pretty good at replying, so don't stress mate.
