Redesigning Hatchthat - the entrepreneurial interviews site

I'm in the process of redesigning Hatchthat.com (it's about time..)

The OLD site.

The NEW site so far.

The goal is to get as many subscribers as possible - what can you guys suggest to help? Thanks.

I like it...

the left column is to large compared to the main content, i would make it smaller or something else to break it up a bit.

Branding of the site needs to be stronger.
logo doesn't stand out to much.

just some things to think about...

I like it ross, it's nice, clean and simple.

Are you looking to brand it at all? like set up a logo or anything so when you cross advertise you have something to use, or just use the yellow background and text as your brand?

Yeah I should think about a logo - graphics aren't my strong side though Anyone want to make a smoking hot logo?? I guess "interviews with entrepreneurs" is really the brand right now, I don't know of any other site that is 100% interviews with entrepreneurs.
