What bank do you bank with and why?

I'm currently banking with the Commonwealth Bank and have been for the past 13 years. I like what they have to offer and think they have lifted there game to be more customer friendly. However, I may go into negotiations with some banks soon to see who can give me a better offer.

What is it you are looking for and if you are happy then why are you changing?

I guess with anything if you want to change, you need to work out why you want to change, and what it might be that isn't being offered - then see if those competing banks can offer you what you are after :)

I have accounts with Suncorp and NAB, both of whom I used to work for! Suncorp is good when you're in Qld, but I do a fair bit of interstate travel for work and it can be difficult to find Suncorp ATMs interstate. It just requires a bit of forward planning I guess.

In terms of service, I can't really split the two, I've never had any major problems with either.

I moved to Commonwealth Recently because quite a few member of my family work at commonwealth.

In the branches, service is great! In the call center? Service is shit.

Fees are pretty good, however I wouldn't store any money there long term, bad interest rates ... I used ING for that =)

I bank with ANZ, service is great, and have a good relationship with our small business manager. The local branch also advertises our business, just something they do for small businesses.

Cant fault them really, also have our mortgage and personal banking with them.
