As I have wrote before in this forum I am starting a software company in Sydney. At the moment I am Danish citizen and live in Denmark.
Some of the software will be able to sell through a webpage and from Denmark. I will move to Sydney, but the first month I will sell them from Denmark.
What shell I do, if I will make a web shop in Australia (managed from Denmark) – here I think regarding, registration of company, legal aspects, is there some insurance I should have, when I am selling software and etc.?
Some of you, there have some recommendation, what I shall be aware of, if I am starting a web shop in Australia?

Your best bet is to have a good look through these two websites;
business.gov.au home page (http://business.gov.au/Business+Entry+Point/)
There is loads of information there on running a business in Australia, the legalities etc..
I am not sure on how you would be taxed on your income, whether it would be in Denmark or here.. so check out this site for information;
Australian Taxation Office Homepage (http://www.ato.gov.au/)
You may also want to get in touch with an Australian Accountant to see what it is you may need to do in terms of setting up a business.. I can highly recommend JamesGG on these forums - Entrepreneur Forum for Australian Small Business - View Profile: JamesGG (http://www.aussietycoon.com/member.php?u=123)

Hi - is there somewhere on the web, where I can read about the roles for Directmails (e-mails), marketing roles.
In Denmark we can down load lot of free documents as "terms of sale", guarantees etc. - does such documents be availible through the net in Australia?
Have a great day

At this stage do you actually plan on opening a registered business in Australia or simply selling to Australia clients?

Because of the Australian roles, I am starting the business in Denmark. It is a webshop, where I am selling SPAM, Virus protection software to Australia and New Zealand. I am sellling to private and businesses
Hopefully later this year I will move to Sydney, and I will then open my company to an Australian company...
Great NY to you.

By the sounds of things then, you probably won't need to register in Australia just yet, not until you actually open your business over here.
At this stage, you will just be selling to an Australian market from your home country.
Have a talk to a solicitor in your country who has experience in this field and he can give you legal advice on whether you will need to pay any taxes etc.

From my understanding of international tax law (I am an accountant and my firm deals with some international clients) you should only be liable to tax in Denmark until you relocate to Australia.
Good luck!
