Hi All,
New here. I have been reading many of your posts in relation to business ideas and methods in marketing and quick ROI. Not sure if I can be of any help, but thought in general business practices, there is naturally a strong focus on revenue and minimal on personal/people development and how to get the best out of your business through those you are either working with or with those around you. Many of us develop the exterior or physical elements of business, but lose sight of developing our internal skill sets and becoming better at who we are as well as what we do.
My main focus in any business strategy is the improvement and development of personal skill sets and habits.
The most basic principle of Time Management can help anyone in analysing their personal work/life balance. Knowing what to priortise, what to delegate, and how know the difference between what is urgent and what is important.
I am sure you are all thinking we know all about this stuff, but who actually puts it into practice and makes it a daily habit instead as part of your knowledge.
I hope it helps and please let me know if this is something that can aid in all your entreneur efforts as not only do you need to develop you business aquisitions in revenue growth but also your personal skill sets, to both be business minded and business savy.
I have alot of info in personal development, sales strategies and management process, so if anyone thinks I can help on a particular issue, let me know.
