Just curious as to what kind of property strategy everyone is interested in using for themselves?
The strategy i will be using is a Buy, Fix and Hold

I currently have a buy to let investment strategy that replies on depreciation of assets, and positive gearing.. it is really the only way of making money from day one on your property. Check out some of the stuff by Margaret Lomaz who is an Australian Property Investor who uses these strategies;
This is her company;
Investment Properties - Property Investment - Property Advisors (http://www.edestiny.com.au)
And this is her blog on realestate.com.au

In saying that, my next property will be a flipper, buy, fix sell type deal; I think the best way to play the property game in todays market is to diversify, have a few rented properties as well as a few flippers to ensure that when certain parts of the market fall out then you can sustain your income by better performing areas.
