Hey All,
Just to let you know this section is open to all your ideas, we intend to run the site the way you guys want it run, add the features you want, and listen to how you want things to be run!
So lets get the ball rolling.. what do you think of the design of the site, the way the forum works? Anything at all?

Please oh Please, You gotta remove the "Skin Color" and replace it with something else...
Anything would be fine. I would say green (like DP) or maybe Baby Blue, but yeh I'll leave it to you guys to figure it out... Cheers

What skin colour do you mean, the style of the forum? The red/orange colour?

Site looks great Brendan.
A 'remember my login details' feature would be handy though. Bit of a pain to have to keep logging in all the time.

Cut down the number of categories until the site is popular enough to support them. It looks empty right now and if I wasn't referred I wouldn't have contributed at all because it looks like there is nobody here.. start with just a few very general categories and when they start to fill up start expanding.
Also, let people upload their own custom avatars. They are much more interesting and again show social proof that there are real people here.

Ross,
I have been thinking about that to tell you the truth.. I'm just trying to workout what I should merge.. I guess I could merge the commercial property with the other property section.. as I don't think that will be a hugely popular discussion just yet...
Custom Avatars should be enabled now.
JDC, will see what I can do!
