www.entrepreneurinvestments.net (http://www.entrepreneurinvestments.net)
or
www.carltaylor.com.au (http://www.carltaylor.com.au)
The first url just forwards to the latter.
This website is designed to be an information portal, providing great articles, book reviews and some business opportunities that I have identified as being worthwhile.
I welcome you all to visit, browse and then sign up and continue to come back and contribute yourself to this site, to help yourself and others Learn the Secrets of Entrepreneurs and Wealth Creators (http://www.carltaylor.com.au).
Hi carl.
Cheers for the link.. I figure ill give you a quick reveiw as feedback is always helpful!
I like the concept of the site but on first glance it looked like one of those get rich quick type sales pitches that you see everywhere because of all the heavy red bold writing emphasizing how good things are.
To tell you the truth you don't need all that fancy font and in fact it distracts away from the fact that you have good info on the site. If I wasn't reviewing the site I wouldn't have clicked past the front page as it just looked like a scam.
My suggestion is maybe turn it more into a book review site rather than a direct sales pitch, maybe write unique articles and then link to the books that you got your information from, this will make your readers more inclined to buy the books rather than being 'infomercialed' into buying them.

Slade i've made some changes, i would love your constructive criticism again
Thanks
sure!
It is starting to take a better shape, I still think the affiliate sell that you have about planetdomains on the front page should not have so much 'real estate', it still just looks like a pitch for people to buy hosting via you. I would personally put the warren buffet article as a primary article, you will find content is king in retaining visitors and getting sales!
I think maybe the thing that is distracting me is the red headings.. have a look at how this site is laid out - Business startup, starting business - Start ups
(http://www.startups.co.uk) or even Springwise: new business ideas for entrepreneurial minds. (http://www.springwise.com)
They are both fairly similar to your niche, but dont rely on the 'pitch' type articles.
Looking much better though

Slade i would like to thank you for all your feedback while i've slowly got this site off the ground.
I would like to extend to everyone on this forum an invitation to join up on my site.
It would be a great complimentry resource site along with this forum.
I am hoping to soon make a few more changes in functionality - goal is to allow users to actually create their own libraries.
I have changed the focus to start bringing a community feel to the site, please let me know of any features you would like to see to help keep you getting value from the site.
