Thank you for your interest and your question.

First of all, it is definitely not a Pyramid scheme because it is illegal. Speaking of a pyramid though, if you think about all corporations are like that, CEO at the top getting the highest pay, filtering down through middle management to the bottom where, often the hardest workers get paid the least.
