Hi guys
Sorry I havent posted for a while, alot has happened since my last post.
Not only have we found an apprentice, I had to put a qualified signwriter on as well due to the influx of work. I think with the credit crisis, it has put alot of small home based businesses out to dry - 40 signwriters in total within my area - 4 of which have a factory or rented premises. So we have managed to pickup an extra 20% market share without doing anything! Just need to maintain it.
Also purchased a 2.4m guillotine and a MIG welder so we can fabricate inhouse.
We are also entering our 5th year of trade and happy with business growth.
Just thought I would post an update - thanks to everyone that has given advice over the months.
