I am ever the optimist, and after reading it I still believe Australia is in great shape to weather this financial storm..

from what I have read, I dont think we will, maybe we will see prices stagnate, but we have an undersupply of housing right now, still relatively high rates to work with, so we are in a different position to the US and the UK.
