hi everyone, just noticed lots of people selling ebooks? is there money to be made in selling ebooks? if I had an ebook, how would i go about selling it?

You might like to check out Andrew and Daryl Grant Online Marketing (http://andrewanddaryl.com/) - they are aussies who have made over a million through ebooks.

interesting that this was brought up..

we are just starting an ebook series on How to make money on facebook..

we usually sell them for $15 USD a pop.. but I can do them for $10 for AussieTycoon members if you are interested

It depends what the eBook is about. Once it is something people are interested in they will read it.

Well guys, thought I would let you know how I have been selling my ebooks so hopefully you could do the same..

For about two weeks now I have been selling my Appbid | Make Money on Facebook Now! (http://www.appbid.com/featured/ebook-how-to-make-money-on-facebook) ebooks

And have probably sold about 30 or so.. which isn't bad in such a short period with a little targeted promotion.

I believe the key to selling ebooks is to find people who actually want to buy them.. I know it sounds crazy.. but its true! I posted my item for sale in a number of different niche forums that are well known for their ebook sales in this niche.. and it has gone great.

There would be no point me trying to sell my books in say a golfing forum, or to a group of patch quilters.. you need to target your market, and actually bring value to it. There is no point trying to sell them something they already have or don't really need.

I had also given away a number of books for review to people, and this also generated sales for me.

The other thing I did.. was made it easy to purchase; the easier it is to spend the money, the more likely the person is to do it!

Hope that helps.. so far it has netted me about $300 which isn't bad, this alongside the actually money I am making from the stuff written about in the book.. I am almost making a full time living out of this... I like it!
