Making money from ebay?

Has anyone done this at all? or is currently making money on ebay?

I have read alot about drop shipping and other ways to make money using other peoples products, it would be good to hear of how to go about it, and if anyone has actually done it! :p

I looked into ebay and decided it was something I just could not get passionate about. However there are a lot of people making money with it.
I found it difficult to pull out a profit using the drop shipping method as your cost are much higher, there is also more competition using drop ship as most people tend to do this and are listing the same items. The old supply and demand!
You really have to look at sourcing your own products or consignment to do well
