Renting an office space

Hi,

I belong to a teleradiology company based in Singapore. We are looking for a partner in Australia to set up a teleradiology service. We have close alliance with several large teleradiology services and solutions providers in the USA. We currently employ radiologists from UK, Germany and USA to provide radiology reporting for work from the States. We are also in the midst of talks to build a teleradiology service in Malaysia and Hong Kong.

We can basically provide the infrastructure, software, consultation and preliminary reporting services. We are looking for an experienced player with contacts in the healthcare industry to develop a strong client base.

We are also thinking of looking for an office space in Perth city. Please let me know if such a venture is of interest to you and perhaps we could discuss this further.

I can't help you with establishing a client base, but if you need help finding office space (which it sounds like you will), you can check my link for a recommendation. I know how hard it can be to find a residence on top of everything else when starting a new chain or partnership internationally, so feel free to check it out. It will be one less thing to worry about.
