Hey guys,

My names sam nolan I am 26 now I think I own business in weipa in north queensland I have over 10 employees we do everything from labour hire to towing.

I bought the business for 50,000 3 years ago with no equipment and have buillt it up from there I have a turnover of at least 1.3 million.

I started in property at 19 and now have the business and 2 house's also about 30-40 thousand in shares and am looking foward to retiring at about 30-35 years old.

The hardeest part has to have been the lack of cash in the bank due to me expanding all the time my cash flow keeps on getting wiped out.

and I'm running on border line of my accounts going on hold plus keeping my employees happy is a very hard thing to do with my business I have to supply accomadation for most of the employees and the rent on a house is over 600 a week in weipa.

Also the mental and physical stress on me is hard doing over 80-100hrs average every week my day starts at 6 and finish's at 6.30

but the good point I am starting to get a lot respect around town for what I have achieved at my age there is one company that I am in direct competition with that mantain the mine's fleet of vehicles the have been trying to steal a lot of my work but haven't been able to due to me keeping one step ahead of them. (I got told this by there general manager)
