Hey everyone,

If you're looking to go out late at night or you're looking for that late night / 24 hour pizza joint, or cafe, etc, our website offers three type of services:

1. www.WhatsOpen.com.au (http://www.WhatsOpen.com.au) for your general search+maps etc

2. http://mobile.whatsopen.com.au - for when you're out and about (on your mobile browser)

3. 0428 247 247 - SMS your search terms the way you input into the website to be sent the closest/most relevant venue! =)

Please let me know what you think =) Thanks all

Looking good!!! Particurarly usefull on the mobile. Exactly something that I would use while i'm out on the town (infact i've just bookmarked it on my phone now).

Good Job!

Could i suggest possibly linking up with google maps or whereis and being able to provide directions to the venue from where you are (walking or driving) ? or even with 131500.com and public transport?

Cheers

JD

Just curious as to what kind of advertising you are doing for the site?

I know a guy in online advertising with one of the major players in Aus and theres some really great things happening that are allowing people like your self take advantage and get some really good deals!!!

Depends on what kind of budget you have whatson...

From my understanding people are moving from cost per 1,000 impressions and toward optimised performance media... I think you'd need to spend around $10,000 - $15,000 for a 4 week campaign to perform well and pay per click. You would also have to have a landing page that was specific for signing people up to a newsletter or regular updates or a 'free membership'. this way you could then measure the acquisitions and know exactly how much value you are getting out of the campaign.

It all depends what your over all goal is for whatson.com... send me a pm if you are interested, i'll have a mate of mine give you a yell.

Cheers
