I'm currently a stay at home mum, but do some share/options trading on the side. I also invest in real estate and have a online business as well which is an online university that teaches all about success and entrepreneurialism: http://www.EnjoySuccessUniversity.com

I'm very keen on multiple streams of income so i can continue my dream life of travel!! I've spent many years travelling and living overseas and am happily addicted to it.

I'm actually going back to teaching in August in the US, just so i can get the right work visas to live there again and invest in property.

Welcome to the forums! sopunds like you are well travelled.. and have a good mindset, so what is your opinion on how the credit crunch that is happening in the US and UK will affect Australia?

Well they tend to say that if the US sneezes the whole world gets menningicoccal(not sure how to spell that one) so based on that Australia could be heading for some trouble.

The whole US mess started due to many people taking on huge amounts of debt that they couldn't afford to service. I see the same thing with many Australians. Not only that interest rates are rising, mortgages are massive, and inflation is high! Doesn't look too promising...

But I'm no expert so who knows. I just make sure I keep educating myself so I can position myself to not get hit and to be able to thrive in any market or situation.
