This article was written by Matt Clarkson Carl's Review: I personally believe that Meditation helps to relieve stress and help your thought process be more focused and in tune with what you want. At first meditating can feel kinda funny and even a bit too new-age, however why not think of it as just having a short nap that you dont actually sleep during. Thinking of it this way helped me not feel so strange about Meditation.
