I found this website by a targeted google search. I was looking for this forum to connect with fellow internet entrepreneurs in Sydney.
I would integrate this site more with the social media making your twitter follow, facebook like etc buttons easier to find and group them together (i see you haven't posted on twitter since march 09 and there is no picture added to your profile). Regular value based posting on twitter will attract more attention.
Also, add some more social media bookmarking buttons there are more than 60 to choose from.
Having these will prompt visitors to your site to increase your exposure, growing your sales funnel, by sharing your posts with people who may be on other social media sites but not aware of your website.
