So, we all look up to people, admire other peoples success..
So who is your favourite entrepreneur? Richard Branson? Donald Trump? Simon Cowell, Steve Jobs?
Me? Well I think Branson is by far one of the greatest of all time, not only is he enthusastic and dynamic, but he uses his position to actually help improve the world, make change and make things better for humanity.
If only all successful corporations took a leaf out of Virgins book.

It has to be between Murdoch and Buffet. Those guys are absolute geniuses. I would put Bill Gates up there but I'm not so sure. I still think he's a genius and he outsmarts both of them combined. He was thinking software when everyone else was thinking hardware. And look at where it got him.
My vote would go for Tim Pethick, the founder of nudie juice. Heard him speak about how nudie juice started and the lengths he went to to get it up and running and what is it today. Even after his factory and offices burned down, he was able to see opportunity and turn it into a free media marketing frenzy......

J_D, are there any books you can recommend that talk about how Tim Pethick built nudie up from scratch?
Not that i know of Gerry.
There was a podcast online that i believe ross posted on FBT some time ago, but it's not up anymore... will see if i still have it in mp3 format on my computer some where... nope, can't seem to find it.......
Will continue my search and post if i find it ;-)

That'd be great J_D, I did read a book that I won from Yaro's ( Yaro Starak - Australian Blogger Making $10k+ per month! - Aussie Tycoon (http://www.aussietycoon.com/showthread.php?t=58) ) blog that did talk about nudie as a business.. I can't remember the name right now, but when I get home I'll dig through my bookshelf and find it..

There's this weird animosity I find from people regarding Branson, which I don't quite understand. He's never really come across as arrogant to me, but a lot of people seem to take issue with it.
Meanwhile, I'm watching his space initiative with baited breath. I would love a crack at that experience.
