An interesting presentation here on Australian property. I've previously been a property investor, but I've been somewhat negative on the sector over the last four years or so when I sold my last property.
I'm not as bearish as the author of this presentation, but it does raise some very good points that I've been aware of for years, but most Australians are either oblivious to or just try to ignore.
Take particular notice of the comments on the so-called property shortage.
