Redesigning Hatchthat - the entrepreneurial interviews site

I'm in the process of redesigning Hatchthat.com (it's about time..)

The goal is to get as many subscribers as possible - what can you guys suggest to help? Thanks.

I like it...

the left column is to large compared to the main content, i would make it smaller or something else to break it up a bit.

Branding of the site needs to be stronger.
logo doesn't stand out to much.

I like it ross, it's nice, clean and simple.

Are you looking to brand it at all? like set up a logo or anything so when you cross advertise you have something to use, or just use the yellow background and text as your brand?

Yeah I should think about a logo - graphics aren't my strong side though :) Anyone want to make a smoking hot logo?? I guess "interviews with entrepreneurs" is really the brand right now, I don't know of any other site that is 100% interviews with entrepreneurs.
