Your post sparked my interest, and upon checking out the website I found this:

"The key to Rob’s Lifestyle Trader system is being able to visualise, within three seconds, or less, when to get in and when to get out, so the investor can make consistent profitable trades."

Seriously? Three seconds? I call BS on that!

I don't want to pre-judge, but from my experience the only people who make money from investment seminars (with a few exceptions) are the people who run them.

Thanks for the feedback.

This seminar is free and I have been told no products, software or packages will be sold.

I agree with you in regards to investment seminar promoters - especially when it comes to things like options trading, CFDs and FOREX that the people promoting them are typically the only ones making money.

I know for a fact that both John Illingworth and Craig Tschirpig are experienced Chartered Accountants and accredited SMSF Specialist Advisors with SPAA (http://www.spaa.asn.au). They will both be providing high quality information to investors interested in using their super purchase property.

Obviously there must be a benefit for the people paying to run these seminars - such as increased exposure to potential clients.

It is good to be sceptical when it comes to investments and people promoting the 'next new thing' - however do not close yourself off to learning new things.
