Whats your dream business?

We all have dreams or goals, if all your plans go well and you could choose what sort of business you would be running, what would it be?

I would like to run some sort of franchise, maybe a fast food shop like Nando's or something.. that would be the ducks nuts :)

My dream businesses are businesses that are commercial profitable enterprises that run without me.

In other words they bring in lots of cashflow and i dont have to do any of the work.
